## Anne Blaha, founder
Anne founded Ballyhoo twelve years ago and has run it since, as a fractional CMO for small and mid-sized businesses and as the person who builds what she recommends: websites, content programs, paid campaigns, and the CRM and automation underneath them. Ballyhoo is a HubSpot Silver partner and a member of the American Marketing Association and the Sales Enablement Society.

We give figures the client can check against their own systems, charge a fixed price, and list in the report the options we evaluated and did not recommend.

The name now says what we do. Your Ai Roadmap: a plan written for one business, after we have spent time with it, on where Ai belongs and how to put it there, in the systems it already runs, for clients anywhere in the US.
## Why we added Ai services
After twelve years of building websites, CRMs and campaigns for small businesses, we kept seeing the same problem: the owner and the people who sell are buried in admin. Calls, quotes, documents, notes, invoices, reports, and the same thing typed into two systems. Most small businesses have not adopted Ai in any meaningful way, and many that have are paying for tools nobody uses. What they need is a plan written for their business: which of that work Ai can take on, which should stay with a person, which tools do it, what they cost, and how to set them up, with someone to implement it if they would rather not. ## How we work with you
- ### By phone or video, anywhere in the US
Your roadmap comes from a call and time spent learning how your business runs. If we implement for you, we work by screen share during your business hours, in your time zone.
- ### In your own systems
We work in the accounts you already hold, under their terms. We keep no credentials after the engagement and take no exports.
- ### You choose what goes out on its own
Messages and posts can go out on their own or be held for your OK. You decide, per message type, and you can change it any time.
## How we run our own follow-up
We run the same follow-up we set up for clients. When you send the contact form or book a call, a person replies within one business day. When you run the calculator, your results appear on the page. After every 30-day check-in we ask the client for a review, and we do not choose who is asked. Our own tools are HubSpot for the CRM, forms and email, and an Ai assistant that writes your roadmap from your call and drafts our own notes and correspondence. Records from inside a client's systems never go into it.

## How we work
- If a project will not pay for itself, we tell you before you buy it.
- Every figure we give you has a source. Where there is no reliable research, we measure your own numbers instead.
- We charge fixed prices. We do not bill by the hour, and every price is one figure.
- The first thing every roadmap looks for is the tools you already pay for.
- Messages go out on their own or are held for your OK; you choose.
