A free first call, by phone or video: how your business runs, what you want from it, and where your day goes. By the end, you know whether a roadmap makes sense for you.

### We spend time with you
We go deeper into how your business works day to day: your systems, your people, and where the hours go, across the whole business and not just the sales side. A roadmap is only as good as what we understand.

### Your roadmap arrives
Written for your business alone: what Ai should take on, what stays with a person, where it fits, why, and how to implement it. If our time with you did not settle something, the roadmap asks; it never guesses.

### We check in at 30 days
How far you got and what got stuck. If you would rather we implemented it, we quote a custom implementation for your business then.

Nothing we set up overwrites a field in your CRM.
