## No two roadmaps are alike
We cannot tell you what yours will say before we have spent time with you, and we would not trust anyone who could. A one-person insurance agency, a six-truck heating company and a mortgage branch do not have the same day, so they do not get the same plan.
What is the same every time is how it is written: from your day, your systems and your people, after we have watched how the work actually moves. Not from a template, and not from the features list of a CRM.

## What can go on a roadmap
Some of what a roadmap can put to work in a small business. Yours will have some of these, none of these, or things that are not on this list, because it is written for your business.
- Answering: calls, texts, emails and web chat answered any hour from your own information, the appointment booked, the rest handed to a person
- Writing: quotes, proposals, estimates, listings, renewal summaries and follow-ups drafted from your past work and your notes, for you to send

### We check in at 30 days
Have you started on the roadmap? If you would rather we implement it, we can provide a quote for a custom implementation for your business.

You approve each automated response once, before it goes live. After that, leads hear back the moment they reach out, in your words. That keeps your voice, your reputation and your customer relationships in your hands.

## Who it's for

## The price
$1,500, one time.
That covers the first call, our time with you, your roadmap and the 30-day check-in. There is no retainer. If you go on to have us implement it, the $1,500 comes off the implementation price.
## Implement it yourself, or have us implement it
Custom implementations are quoted after your roadmap, for your business, at your 30-day check-in or sooner if you ask. Your roadmap fee comes off that price.

It can be, with the right guardrails. We use official vendor integrations, give each one only the access it needs, and keep a person in charge of anything customer-facing.
### Will Ai start emailing my customers on its own?
Only with pre-approved automated responses. You approve every response before it goes live, and you can change it or switch it off anytime.
### Do you only work with Ohio businesses?
No. We're based in central Ohio and work with small businesses across the U.S., virtually.
