# Privacy statement
Updated September 2026
Ballyhoo Ai Advantage (Ballyhoo Marketing Advantage, LLC) respects your privacy. This statement says what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and how we handle your data if you become a client.
## What we collect on this site
When you visit, HubSpot's analytics on our behalf records your IP address, the pages you view, the device and browser you use, the site that referred you, and a cookie that recognises your browser on a return visit. We use this to see which pages people read and whether the site is working. If you send us a form, an email or a booking request, we keep what you tell us — your name, email, phone, company and your message — in our own CRM so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. If you use the Missed Follow-Up Calculator and enter your email to see your results, we keep the email in the same CRM. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Ballyhoo and the software we use to run our business.
## Cookies
This site uses HubSpot cookies for forms, meeting bookings and analytics. A banner asks for your consent when you arrive. Declining keeps the site working. If you decline cookies and then submit a form or the calculator, we store what you submitted without your browsing history.
## HubSpot
This site, its forms, the booking calendar and site analytics run on HubSpot, which processes what you submit under its own privacy terms. Client login runs on a separate marketing-automation platform for clients who use it.
## How we use Ai in our own work
We use Ai tools to write your roadmap from your call and to draft our own correspondence, notes and documents. What you give us on this site (your contact details, your message, your quiz answers, the numbers you enter into the calculator) and what you tell us on our calls with you may be processed by those tools, under the business terms of the vendors we use. That is information you gave us. Records from inside your business systems are a different thing: they are never uploaded to our tools (see “If you become a client”).
## The calculators
This section covers the Missed Follow-Up Calculator and the Admin Time Calculator. Both work the same way; the second asks for three numbers instead of four.
The calculator asks for your email before it shows your results. Your email and the page you were on are sent to HubSpot and stored in our CRM; we use your email to reply if you ask us to. The four numbers you entered stay on the page and travel with your booking only if you book a call from the results. We do not send follow-up email from the calculator yet. When we do, it will go only to people who tick a box asking for it, and this statement will say so. The results are arithmetic on the numbers you entered and are not a measurement of your business.
## Marketing email
If you ask us to follow up, we send email from Ballyhoo Ai Advantage (Ballyhoo Marketing Advantage, LLC). Every marketing email says who it is from and has a working unsubscribe link, and we stop within ten business days of your request. We do not send marketing texts.
## The quiz
The two-minute quiz shows its result on the page. It collects nothing and sends nothing unless it asks for your name and email, in which case those and your five answers are sent to HubSpot and stored in our CRM so we can email you your result and reply if you ask us to. When the quiz shows no name or email field, nothing leaves your browser.
## If you become a client
Your roadmap is written from your call and your own numbers. We take no exports from your systems, and anything we implement for you runs in your own accounts under their terms. If we implement for you, we work from read-only, time-limited access and direct observation instead of exports, and we keep no credentials afterward. We use Ai to write your roadmap from your own call and to draft our own notes and correspondence; records from inside your systems never go into it.
## Links to other sites
Where this site links to a site run by an unrelated third party, we are not responsible for that party's privacy practices. Their collection of your information is governed by their own policies.
## Your rights
Wherever you are in the United States, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing email with the link in any message, through the [contact page](https://www.ballyhooaiadvantage.com/contact?hsLang=en). We answer within 30 days. You can decline cookies in the banner at any time.
## Retention
We keep what you send us through this site for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete it when you ask.
## Who this site is for
This site, the quiz, the calculators and our forms are for adults acting for a business in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
## Accessibility
This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. If anything is hard to use, tell us through the [contact page](https://www.ballyhooaiadvantage.com/contact?hsLang=en) and we will fix it or give you the content another way.
